Whistler Commercial Mortgages

Commercial mortgages typically apply to retail, commercial, industrial, office and multi-family properties. We are here to provide first mortgage financing on conventional and DMHC insured (where applicable) commercial properties.

Loans will be priced based upon a combination of the credit of the applicant, the location of your Whistler property, cash flow, the quality of the security provided, competitive market pricing and general market conditions.

Whistler Construction Financing

Construction mortgages are more complex than residential mortgages. Building your own home is an exciting and very rewarding venture and we're here to help you understand the process. Unlike a typical mortgage, where you receive the full amount at the time you obtain the property, construction financing is typically broken down into stages. You'll pay the up-front costs at the bank and then receive up to three advances during construction. The first will generally cover the foundation stage, the second the lock-up stage and a third may be for the completion stage.

Whistler Non-Resident Mortgages

As a non-resident of Canada we are able to assist you with your Whistler mortgage financing. You have a choice of fixed rate terms from one to ten years and your loan can be amortized for up to twenty-five years.
