Who We Are

Garibaldi Mortgage is a Squamish & Whistler based company that has been incorporated since January 2000. We have a team of 11 brokers and 3 administrative staff that cover areas including the Lower Mainland, Squamish, Whistler, Pemberton, Vancouver Island North, the Okanagan and Golden. Since 2006 we have funded an average of approximately 500 mortgages per year.

What We Do

We find financing solutions & lending options. We provide you peace of mind that there is not just 1 person working on your behalf, but a whole team. In Whistler and our other resort areas such as Kicking Horse & parts of the Okanagan, we finance local area “specialty” real estate such as Hotel Condo units and Fractional Interests.
